By connecting a wallet, creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using ClashX (www.clashx.lol), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming and crypto gambling are legal where you live. Access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited.

ClashX authenticates via your Solana wallet (e.g. Phantom or Solflare). You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet keys, seed phrase, and device security. We never ask for your private key. Compromised wallets or unauthorized activity on your account are your responsibility.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed on the Solana network. Supported assets and minimums are shown in the cashier. On-chain transfers are irreversible once confirmed. Network fees (SOL) are paid by you for SPL token actions. Withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements, balance checks, treasury liquidity, and security reviews. We may delay or refuse transactions that appear fraudulent, erroneous, or abusive.

Games on ClashX use provably fair systems where available. You can verify outcomes on the Fairness page and review gameplay / wager rules in the Rule Book. Outcomes are final once settled on our servers and recorded, subject to proven technical error correction.

Deposits, coupons, missions, and other promotions may require wagering before withdrawal. Specific multipliers and remaining requirements appear in your wallet cashier. Abuse of bonuses, multi-accounting, or collusion may result in voided bonuses, frozen balances, and/or bans.

Gaming involves risk. You may lose some or all funds you deposit. Cryptocurrency values and network conditions can change quickly. ClashX is not financial advice. Play only with funds you can afford to lose. If gambling is a problem for you, seek help and contact Support.

You may not: use bots or automated exploit tools; manipulate games or other players; launder funds; reverse-engineer our systems for abuse; harass staff or users; or bypass security, geo, or account controls. We may suspend accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations.

We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, Solana network congestion, RPC outages, or force majeure events may delay deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay. Features may change without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClashX and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost crypto, or wallet compromise outside our reasonable control. Our total liability related to your use of the platform is limited to the fees (if any) you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim, or the on-platform balance dispute amount where applicable—excluding amounts lost through normal gameplay.

ClashX branding, UI, game designs, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit our assets without written permission.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted on this page constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date below reflects the latest revision.
